Yes, when the HydroShield™ Magnetic Closure is fully closed - which means it's free of any debris or obstructions - your SideKick Dry® Gear Bag is 100% waterproof. Any obstruction or debris in the path of the magnetic closure will compromise its waterproof performance.

The SideKick Dry® Gear Bag is made out of our tough-as-nails DryHide Shell, a waterproof material that is resistant to puncture and UV Rays. In addition, the SideKick Dry® Gear Bag uses powerful magnets and hook-and-loop material for a fully waterproof closure.

To clean, use a mixture of mild dish soap and water - use a cloth or a soft-bristle brush for stubborn dirt and grime. Rinse with fresh water, then dry the inside thoroughly before closing and storing.

Make sure the hook-and-loop material and the HydroShield™ Magnetic Closure are free of dirt and debris for maximum performance and life. Your gear case should be completely dry before storing.

Yes. SideKick Dry® Gear Bag uses magnets to create a watertight seal, and must remain completely clear of debris or any other obstruction to ensure a waterproof seal.
