OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, TANK®, Hopper®, Panga™, LoadOut™, Silo™, Camino™, or Rambler® to good use sooner.
YETI offers free standard shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped in mainland Europe only.
HOLIDAY NOTICES
Holiday Personalisation Cut-Off Deadline
To ensure your personalised gifts arrive in time for the holidays, please note our personalisation order cut-off:
Deadline: Wednesday, 10th December at 12:00 PM
Orders placed after this time may not be processed in time for holiday delivery. We recommend placing your order early to avoid disappointment and ensure your personalised items arrive when you need them.

Holiday Shipping Cut-Offs
To help ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please take note of our final shipping dates:

Please note: While we’ll do everything we can to get your gifts shipped on time, these dates are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed due to potential seasonal delays. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Holiday Returns
It’s important to us that you’re happy with your YETI products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund until January 24, 2026, provided it has not been personalised, is unused and is still in its original packaging. If you purchased from an authorised dealer, please refer to their return policy and contact them directly for more details.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST & HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of purchase. In peak periods this may be extended to 3 working days, however we always aim to despatch your product as soon as possible. See below for more information on how long it will take for your order to arrive once despatched.
If you order both a small item, such as a Rambler, plus a larger item, such as a Tundra, your order may be despatched in two shipments.
Once we have despatched your order, you will receive a despatch email from us which will include a tracking number.

The working days delivery estimate is from the moment you receive your despatch confirmation.
"Delivery by dates" are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. We can also not be held responsible for any custom charges that may incur during the delivery process. Deliveries may take longer due to customs provisions, unexpected delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please note we do not currently offer next working day delivery to any EU Regions.

We offer free standard Europe mainland shipping on all orders over €55. Please see full details above.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship to Europe, however we also have a UK site that ships to the UK and allows you to purchase in GBP. Please visit our US website for delivery to the USA & Canada.
Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to EU countries not included in the above Zones. Please Note, we are unable to deliver to The Azores, Madeira, Malta, Mallorca, Menorca, and Canary Islands.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorised dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
INS AND OUTS OF THE YETI RETURN POLICY
Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. YETI does not accept returns on customised products or items purchased outside of YETI.com.
At this time we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to change the product you ordered, we would suggest processing a return and placing a new order.
All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds.
Product is no longer eligible for a refund 30 days after the original purchase date.
